Jasper is such a sweet, smart, playful, and handsome boy! I'd like to give him time to mature to see if he could help improve the breed. He is easy on the eyes, very food motivated, loves to give kisses, be with his people, and great with children and other dogs (well behaved). He will mature as a large Mini. He is medium energy with some natural herding instinct. I just LOVE this adorable boy!
Jasper sleeps in a crate at night and sometimes for short periods during the day. He rings a bell to tell me he wants to go outside (usually to potty). He knows the commands "sit", "wait", his name "Jasper", and his release word "okay". He is learning more such as "down" and loose leash walking with me. He has been out in public with me and camping with my family and I and he loves it! Jasper is such a fun pup and will bring happiness to his forever family! As the breeder behind PreciousGem, I work diligently to improve my dogs EVERY generation! This includes extensive genetic and breed related health testing (I am a vet tech so this is very important to me). Beyond health testing, I aim to improve quality, temperament, structure, trainability, athleticism, and loyalty. All of my puppies are raised with Puppy Culture activities including ENS (early nuerological stimulation) and ESI (early scent introduction). They are potty box trained, introduced to crates, car rides, and introduced to novelty (new/unusual) objects and new people as much as healthy while young. They are whelped, raised, and loved in my home - not in an outdoor kennel or barn. Around 8 weeks have structural evaluations and temperament evaluations so I can make better decisions for my program and my puppy families!
